
Project: Intelligent Business Events

Getting people to turn up to an event can be tough. When we staged a series of events asking the question ‘How Intelligent is your Business?’ we wanted to make sure people got more then they expected when they arrived. Stimulating people’s interest wasn’t enough – they had to be able to capitalise on that knowledge immediately.
The events started with a highly interactive presentation led by a charismatic presenter. Delegates were taken on a journey to see where they could be in a year’s time, using the latest intelligent business techniques. The presentation featured specially produced video, animation, images and large slices of audience interaction - which resulted in very informed and motivated delegates.
Having stirred up the interest, we positioned business advisers, suppliers and consultants around the venues. Delegates could immediately ask detailed questions about their own circumstances and make connections with people who could deliver their new ambitions.
Overall delegates were transported from having little knowledge to being highly equipped to beef up their business, in a morning. With satisfaction levels of over 95% they seemed to like it too.
