

It might look good, it could be incredibly clever, but unless a project achieves what it’s designed for – it’s all been for nothing. It’s all about results.
Whichever the project, we factor in the objectives from the start –
• Who it’s meant to reach?
• How many people should be engaged?
• What affect it should have?
• What’s the impact of that affect?
Based on those questions, we create targets to follow, so we can judge how successful any given campaign has been.
Working online – we implement Google analytics, as a minimum, to monitor audience interaction - the number of visits, pages viewed, content downloaded, jump off points etc.
When we have direct contact with audiences we’ll use paper or email-based analysis. This allows for direct feedback about effectiveness or ideas for improvement.
If we’re working in-depth with individuals, we will implement a more comprehensive assessment programme to see what changes have come about. This might include increases in sales or jobs.
