The challenge for any change campaign is to provide an environment where people can make up their own minds. These days, you can’t simply tell someone to do something – they have to take the decision themselves. Of course, we can help influence that.

We develop visions of how life can be …better, richer, simpler, more rewarding etc... whatever best fits the objective. We write copy, scripts, brochures; produce video, audio and animation, to deliver new ideas. This is just the first step.

Increasingly people want and expect to take part. Communications have become two-way. So, today, we don’t just deliver websites, we create online environments where people can join in. We provide interactive and games experiences, social networking – both in our own environments or using third party spaces, like Facebook.

There’s also a growing shift towards mobile communication. Not simply just dishing up content over mobile phones, but making that content relevant to the location people are at, on the move.

Technology aside, there’s still an important role for people to meet face-to-face. We organise events and trade shows, from crafting presentations or interactive touch screens, to making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time.

Most projects include some or many of these elements. The final choice of media formats is based on what’s most effective to communicate the message. Whatever that choice is, we stay focused on generating action and delivering results.
